Our signature Rhubarb small-batch infused craft gin produced in New Zealand. It undergoes triple distillation and is then infused with hand-pressed Rhubarb and botanicals. This gin boasts a stunning natural pink hue from the Rhubarb, and the Juniper notes give way to a delightful, sweet, and juicy rhubarb flavour.
Keep your Blush Gin in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight, in the fridge is ideal, some sediment will occur over time.
Pairs perfectly with the East Imperial Thai Ginger Ale or Yuzu Lemonade
